When visiting the Lednice park you have an opportunity to see a unique show. Just a few metres behind a chateau glass house, the Birds of Prey Protection Society Zayferus presents its collection of birds of prey. They do so with live demonstrations of these birds hunting for their prey.

We use the area of Lednice chateau park, one of the largest and most beautiful areas in Europe, throughout the whole summer. The programme is suitable for children as well as adults. Everything flows so nobody is bored and in a very witty manner visitors learn about the life of birds of prey and owls. Children are involved by taking part in various games where they can win prizes such as posters or have a bird of prey land on their arm.

Merlins will show somersaults, owls will fly silently, vultures will fly overhead and fast falcons will dive down to attack their prey. It is very impressive to watch, visitors can take photos and there is photo competition to take part in too.

You will find us a short walk behind the chateau glass house in the chateau gardens. There you will see a Zayferus stand with its trademark to guarantee standards of European quality.

Shows that last one hour start at 11:30, 14:15, 16:30 daily throughout the school summer holidays except Mondays. May, June, September and October – weekends only. Find out more on www.zayferus.cz or on +420 608 100 440.

South Moravia
